Ingredients for Aloo Chana Chaat

Boiled white gram – 2 bowls
Potato boiled – 2
Onion finely chopped – 2
Tomatoes finely chopped – 2
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Sweet chutney – 2 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Aloo Chana Chaat

To make Aloo Chana Chaat, first, take the gram and wash it with clean water and keep it aside overnight. So that the chickpeas swell well. Before making a chaat, boil the potato and take off its skin. Now take onions and tomatoes and cut them into fine pieces. After this, take a mixing bowl and first put boiled chickpeas in it. After this, mix boiled potatoes in it, then add finely chopped onions and tomatoes and mix them well with the help of a spoon.

When this mixture is mixed well, add chaat masala and salt as per taste and mix it all while stirring it with a spoon. Now add sweet chutney to it and toss it while stirring. If you like spicy food, then finely chopped green chilies can also be used in this chaat. We have not used green chilies at the moment. In the end, add finely chopped green coriander to the potato chaat and serve it after pouring lemon juice on a plate.
