Anupama 15th September 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Malti is at Anupama’s house, and Leela wants to know why. Anupama tells Leela to check on Malti’s mood. Leela thinks back to a good thing Malti did for her and wonders what’s wrong with him now. It looks like Malti doesn’t know anyone. Malti and Anupama met at the temple, says Anupama.
She tells Nakul that Malti had something bad happen to him. Anuj tells everyone about something good Malti did, which makes Leela feel better. A police officer is looking for Romil. When Romil says he’s sorry, Pakhi stops making a complaint against him.
Pakhi is asked by Vanraj why she did that. Pakhi wants to give Romil another chance, but Paritosh wants to punish him. He is grateful. Pakhi wants to go to Anupama’s house for Rakhi. People are all happy.
Anupama is happy, and she thanks God for it. Everyone honors Rakhi. Romil says he will treat Pakhi like a brother. Anupama says that Pakhi is now a grown-up. Anuj is worried about Romil and someone else named Adhik. Anupama is full of hope.

In this episode, family ties and the tension caused by things that happened in the past are front and centre. Malti’s sudden appearance and the fact that she seems to have lost her memory are at the heart of the story’s drama.
