In fact, Hero Motocorp has introduced a new color option – Silver Nexus Blue for the Splendor model. This means that now this bike can be bought with a more attractive look. It gets a base silver color, on which Hero branding has been done in the Nexus Blue shade. The Hero logo has been added to the fuel tank graphics and it is not 3D metallic. Apart from this, we can see Splendor+ badging with i3S badging on the side panel. The i3S is Hero’s own technology that makes stop-start smoother and fuel efficiency better.

Hero Splendor Bike Features

Connected features are available in Splendor+ XTEC with full digital instrument display. Apart from this, the standard Splendor Plus gets USB charger, 18-inch alloy wheels, engine cutoff sensor with side stand indicator and switchable i3S technology.

Hero Splendor Bike Engine

97.2cc FI engine has been given in this bike. It can generate power of 7.9 bhp and peak torque of 8.05 Nm. This engine is mated to a 4-speed gearbox.

Hero Splendor Bike Price

If you want the Splendor in the new silver Nexus Blue, then it is available with drum brake, i3S, alloy wheel and self-start variants. Its price is Rs 72,978. On the other hand, the rest of the color options of Splendor can be bought for Rs 71,978. This price is as per ex-showroom.

In the Indian market, Hero Splendor competes with bikes like Bajaj Platina, Honda’s upcoming 100cc bike and HF Deluxe in the 100cc segment. Let us tell you that Hero Motocorp will soon bring its first electric scooter. It is to be launched on 7 October 2022. This e-scooter will compete with Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube.
