Boil corn to make corn chaat. Filter it and let it cool. Put it in a bowl. Add salt, chili powder, chaat masala, and cumin powder to it. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, green coriander, and lemon juice to it. Mix everything well. Your corn chaat is ready and served it now.
Sweet potato cake
Take 1 1/2 cups of boiled sweet potatoes. Mash it. Add finely chopped green coriander, 1 tablespoon turmeric, and 1 tablespoon chili powder to it. Add chaat masala and lemon juice to it. Add 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well with your hands. Now take a little mixture out of it and make small balls. Deep fry them. Now serve this Tikki with sweet chutney.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 2 tsp peanuts to it. Fry it till it becomes crisp. Add some curry leaves, some turmeric, and salt to it. Fry till the curry leaves become crisp. After this add 2 cups of murmura to it. Mix it well. Take it out in a big bowl. Break small pieces of papdi and pour them over the mixture. Mix well. Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and boiled potatoes, chopped chaat masala, and 2 spoons of sev. Mix all these things and serve.
A cheese sandwich
To make Paneer Sandwich, first prepare Paneer Bhurji. Now take a bread slice. Spread the stuffing in it. Place another bread slice on top of it. Now heat ghee in a pan. Fry this sandwich till it turns golden brown from both sides. After that serve with green chutney. This sandwich is not only tasty but also very healthy. Everyone will like this sandwich very much.
