UP PCS Prelims Exam 2022: The PCS Prelims exam will be conducted in 28 districts by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. This exam will be conducted in 2 shifts.

UPPSC PCS Prelims 2022: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is conducting the prelims exam for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Servant (PCS) today. This exam will be conducted in 28 districts. More than 6 lakh candidates will appear in this. test (UP PCS Exam) It will be organized in 2 shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift will be conducted from 2:30 am to 4:30 pm. For this examination, the commission has set up 1303 centers across the state. Keeping in mind the incidents of paper leaks, this exam is being conducted amidst tight security.

UPPSC Secretary Jagdish has shared the information about the exam. He said that the UP PCS exam (UP PCS Exam 2022) About 250 posts are to be recruited through this. Of these, 39 posts have been offered to SDM, 93 to Deputy SP and 36 to BDO.

UP PCS Guidelines: Keep these things in mind

Before entering the examination hall, candidates have to keep some things in mind. If you do not do this then the students may have to face difficulties.

  • Before going to the exam center (UP PCS Exam Centers) take two photographs with you. Along with this, an ID proof should also be with you. Voter ID, Aadhar Card, etc. can be carried as ID proof.
  • At the same time, you have to reach your exam center 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
  • Admissions will be closed ten minutes before the exam. Take special care of time.
  • At the same time, the late coming candidates will not be allowed to sit in the examination center.

The UP PCS exam is conducted in three phases. Prelims Exam, Mains Exam and Interview Round. There will be two papers in the UP PCS Prelims exam. Each paper will be of 200 marks. Both the papers will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Please note that there will be a negative marking of 0.33% for every wrong answer. Paper 2 is a qualifying paper in this exam, in which candidates need to secure a minimum of 33% marks.

Special preparation for the exam

Special preparations have been made by the administration for this examination to be held at the state level. Training has been given to the Principal, Supervisor, Sector Magistrate, Static Magistrate of all the centres. SP Traffic and other police officers have been directed to ensure that the traffic is not affected during the examination.
