WhatsApp Call Links Feature

According to WABetainfo, which has been keeping an eye on the upcoming feature of WhatsApp, WhatsApp is rolling out the Call Links feature on the beta for the Android update. With the help of this, now the user will be able to join everyone’s call with one click. This is for both video and audio calls.

Now for group video or voice calls, the user does not need to add everyone to the call one by one. They can simply create a link and share it with the rest of their peers. By clicking on that link everyone will automatically join the call.

Here’s how to see if the feature is rolled out for you

A screenshot has also been given in the report. Accordingly, you can easily check whether this feature is available for you or not. Open your WhatsApp account. After that go to the Calls tab. Here you will get the option of Create Call Link at the top. If you are not getting this option, then understand that the rollout has not been done for your account.

Use this feature

  • First of all, open your WhatsApp.
  • Then go to the Calls tab.
  • After that click on the creates call link.
  • Now doing this, a separate link will be created for the call.
  • Then click on Call Type.
  • You can copy and share the link.
