After appearances in several stage performances including her father’s play Unspoken Dialogues, Shazahn Padamsee appeared in several national advertisements. Shazahn Padamsee bagged the film Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year opposite Ranbir Kapoor in 2009 in which she appeared as Sherena, who is the lead actress of the film. This film was an unsuccessful project at the box office.
Shazahn Padamsee appeared in the Tamil film Kanimozhi in 2010, and in this film, she played the role of Anu. In the same year, she appeared in the Telugu film Orange in which she played the role of Rooba. For her acting skills in the film Orange, she earned positive reviews. In 2011, Shazahn Padamsee was cast in the romantic comedy film Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji in which she played the role of an office intern, June Pinto, opposite Ajay Devgn.
