After completing his schooling at Sumermal Jain Public School in Janakpuri, Gaurav pursued his graduation in journalism from Maharaja Agrasen College in Delhi and a Master’s in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in 2013.

Gaurav Kapoor was born in Varanasi on November 30, 1990, to Yugal and Sunita Kapoor. He has two brothers, Prateek and Kritik, and one sister, Kritika.
