Chahat, born in Madhya Pradesh, began her educational journey in the village of Chandi Chopra before pursuing her schooling at Adarsh School (Jabalpur Naka) and JPB School. Her parents are Bhavna Pandey and Mani Pandey, the latter having passed away during Chahat’s childhood.
To hone her acting skills, she joined Balaji Group in Indore to receive training. In 2016, Chahat started her acting career with the television series “Pavitra Bandhan”. Two years later, she would appear as ‘Anjali’ in the television series “Hoshiyar”. Most recently, she starred as ‘Durga Aneja’ in the 2020 hit series “Durga – Mata Ki Chhaya”.
